Searching for your wedding gown should be as exciting and memorable as your wedding day! We consider our gowns to be "pieces of art", which when worn, will enhance YOUR natural beauty and when viewed by others will leave lasting impressions for years to come. To help you with your selections, we offer in-store or Internet consultations or you can arrange for us to call you at your convenience to answer any questions or help with details and concerns. We are here to listen to YOUR needs and desires and to help direct you to the styles, colors and sizes which are most flattering to your figure and personal style.

We offer a very comfortable and luxurious atmosphere where your treated like a queen! Spacious dressing rooms, refreshments and 2 beautiful mirrored stage areas to make your debut for your family and friends while selecting your special "piece of art".

Once you have made a selection, you will be measured for size to ensure we order YOUR personal gown in as close to perfect fit as possible. If you do require special fittings, you have the option of being fitted by one of our professional alterationists who will give you several options for hems, fit and bustlings. Once you are fitted, alterations will begin and you will be asked to return for a second or final fitting. When YOU are satisfied with your purchase, your gown will be steamed and pressed to perfection. Brides getting married in the Clifton Springs/Phelps, Canandaigua/Geneva, and Manchester/Shortsville areas can have their gown delivered to their dressing area of choice if needed at no extra cost.

We highly recommend you make a decision on your gown of preference no later than 6 to 8 months in advance if possible to ensure on time delivery and to accomodate any special requests for alterations and, more importantly, to allow for any postal delays. In the event of a manufacturing delay, we at Primadonna Bridals will notify you well in advance and present solutions to ensure your purchase will us will still be a positive experience.

We at Primadonna Bridals have chosen our designers and manufacturers very carefully to ensure quality, craftsmanship, style flexibility and most of all AFFORDABILITY! We are NOT a warehouse retailer! We feel every bride is an individual, and should be treated as such. Our brides leave us with an "experience to remember", not with an "off the rack" experience.
