My name is Rita Fullerton and I am the President of Primadonna Bridals and Special Occasions in Canandaigua, NY.  I, of all people, know how stressful planning a wedding or special event can be and believe me, being unhealthy and out of shape doesn't make it any easier.  There's not a day that goes by that I don't have a bride or special occasion customer that complains about giggly arms or the dreaded "back fat" or underarm chest flab, yet do nothing about it.  The common excuse is "I don't have time to exercise".   If you have time to eat, then you have time to eat right!  If you watch more than an hour of TV a day, then you have the time to work out!

I'm a 40 year old mom/wife with a 4 year old, a newborn baby, a big house to care for, and a huge business to run everyday. I would love to get to a gym, but I simply don't have the time. Disclaimers For Fit Bride Promotion

1) Parties interested in participating must be fully registered in advance and be in attendance at the Ventosa Fall Event on Sept. 30, 2007.

2) Each registrant will receive a voucher for one (1) complimentary workout session with Jeremy Biernet of Tall Trainer Fitness Systems. Session appointments are to be confirmed with Tall Trainer Fitness Systems. There is limited space and date availability. All appointments will be on a first come first serve basis. Book your times as soon as possible.

3) Each registrant will receive a coupon from Prima donna Bridals for an automatic $30.00 off their wedding gown purchase. This coupon cannot be combined with any other coupons or discounts and is valid until Dec. 31, 2007. Coupon cannot be used on past or pending purchases.

4) Any registrant interested in participating in the "FIT BRIDE" program must have a contract presented by Tall Trainer Fitness Systems which states that the registrant has fully consented and paid in advance for a minimum 4 week program. No refunds will be given if the registrant does not complete the program due to fault of their own. Registrant will receive 1% off their gown purchase for every pound lost during the course of the established 4, 8, 12, or 16 week program up to 50 pounds. Weight loss is determined upon initial consultation. There is no percentage offered after 50 pounds. Our goal is to establish a healthy client and a beautiful radiant bride/client, and not to cause any health issues with excessive dieting. All stats will be administered by Jeremy Biernat and Tall Trainer Systems for verification. Please consult your doctor before beginning any exercise or diet regimen. Tall Trainer Systems & Prima donna Bridals Inc. has the right to revoke or suspend any registrant if there is an apparent health issue which could be worsened by the program or if we feel an individual is over compensating on the program and an apparent health issue is at risk.
